Whitehorse Eagles Junior Soccer Club' was founded in 1994 by Sam Gioia and Kim Marrone in affiliation with the Whitehorse Club in East Burwood
- Started with 2 junior teams
- Initial ground was Terrara Park
- Moved to Bill Sewart Athletics Track in 1995
- Spent 10 years at Bill Sewart
- Changed name to 'Whitehorse Junior Soccer Club' in 2006
- Moved back to Terrara Park in 2006 after grounds were upgraded
- Presently 18 - 20 boys and girls teams plus 60, 5-7 year old children participating in 'small sided games' program
- Formed a new club called Whitehorse United Soccer Club after amalgamating with senior club Mitcham United
- Whitehorse United Soccer Club now caters for sub-juniors, junior boys & girls teams, mens, womans and veteran teams
- Long standing committee members
- Former junior Ryan Gazet Du Chattelier currently on the books of Portsmouth Football Club in England
- Former junior Semir Sevic was a former student at the VIS and is currently being courted by a couple of Hyundai A-League clubs
