2025 REGISTRATION & FEES
As a player or volunteer (including committee, coach, team manager, first aid attendant) at Whitehorse United, you must ensure you are registered with Play Football and all players must pay registration fees by 31st March 2025. Please read ALL the instructions below to complete this process. If you have any issues, please email the Registrar.
Step 1 - Play Football registration
Follow the links below to your age group registration page (if you haven't logged in recently, you will need to do so initially).
** If you are new to soccer, you will need to create a free account with Play Football. Click here to create your account.

Football Victoria have released a new system this year, so if your child has been previously registered, you may need to find their participant details and re-add them to your account. Once confirmed, click back to 'Find a Product' on the Play Football website.

If a verification code is sent to your email, please check your junk folder!

On the Terms and Conditions page, you will need to click on each link to read the T&Cs before you can proceed to the next step.

Juniors & volunteers will require a passport style photo to be uploaded.

When you get to the CONFIRM & PAY page, it will say 'subsidised payment', this indicates that you need to pay the club directly, as shown in Step 2 below.

Once you have completed the process, Play Football won't send you notification/receipt of registration. Your confirmation will come through once the registration has been activated by the club.
Step 2 - Pay your fees - due 31st March 2025
Once you have completed the Play Football registration process, come back here and pay your fees. There are two payment methods; direct debit or by credit card.
MiniRoos (Under 8 - Under 11): $420
Juniors (Under 12 - Under 18): $610
FV Senior Mens: $400
VCFA Men: $320
** The membership fee for the winter season includes a soccer ball for each MiniRoo and Junior member - to be brought to training each week. All NEW players to the club receive socks, shorts and backpack.
Sibling discount (applies to Juniors U12 - U18): There is a reduction of $50 in the Junior fees for a second sibling (i.e. $560) and further siblings receive a reduction of a further $50 ($510).
There is no reduced rate for MiniRoos players (U8 - U11)

If you have a valid get active voucher please email the voucher to the our treasurer John at treasurer@whitehorseunited.com.au
Please indicate your child's age and team and he will tell you what is left to pay.
