Female Football Week (FFW) is Football Victoria's nationwide initiative taking place from 6-15 of May and celebrates the tremendous impact women and girls have on our game.
As the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023 approaches, interest in female football continues to grow in our state. Our football community will need to be ready for an influx of female players across the coming year, as this game-changing event will captivate young girls across the state to dream about becoming the next Matilda.
