2026 Term 3 Skills-Based Program
Coach Jara's Term 3 program focuses on skill development, confidence building and having fun while learning. Sessions will include a range of activities designed to improve coordination, movement, ball skills and game understanding in a positive and inclusive environment.
Participants will be encouraged to challenge themselves, work with others, and develop their abilities at their own pace. Through engaging drills and game-based activities, children will strengthen both their physical skills and their confidence, while learning the importance of teamwork, communication, and resilience.
Our goal is for every participant to finish the term feeling more capable, confident, and excited about their continued development.

Meet our specialist coach
The program will be run by Jaroslav Dedic.
Jara is a highly experienced football coach with over 16 years of full-time coaching expertise, holding both a UEFA B Licence and FA A Licence. He has a strong reputation for developing youth talent and delivering high-performance training environments across both futsal and outdoor football.
For 12 years, Jaroslav served as a State Futsal Coach at the Australian National Championships, consistently coaching teams at the highest national level. Internationally, he has worked as a technical trainer with Fortuna Düsseldorf and coached alongside Schalke 04, gaining valuable European insights and tactical experience.
Domestically, he has coached at elite levels within the National Premier Leagues (NPL), including roles with Melbourne Victory’s U20 squad and NPL U14, U15, and U18 teams. He has also led programs as a Technical Director in the NPL, overseeing player development pathways.
In addition to coaching, Jaroslav has worked as a scout for Melbourne Victory and VfB Stuttgart, contributing to talent identification and recruitment at both national and international levels.
