Coach Jara is back for 2026! Kicking off Friday 6th March, our popular Skills Development Program returns after a successful launch in 2025. Designed for players of all age groups (up to Under 15s), the program focuses on technical mastery, game awareness and decision-making in a supportive, high-energy environment that builds confidence and elevates performance.

Meet our specialist coach
Both programs will be run by Jaroslav Dedic.

Jara is a highly experienced football coach with over 16 years of full-time coaching expertise, holding both a UEFA B Licence and FA A Licence. He has a strong reputation for developing youth talent and delivering high-performance training environments across both futsal and outdoor football.
​​
For 12 years, Jaroslav served as a State Futsal Coach at the Australian National Championships, consistently coaching teams at the highest national level. Internationally, he has worked as a technical trainer with Fortuna Düsseldorf and coached alongside Schalke 04, gaining valuable European insights and tactical experience.
Domestically, he has coached at elite levels within the National Premier Leagues (NPL), including roles with Melbourne Victory’s U20 squad and NPL U14, U15, and U18 teams. He has also led programs as a Technical Director in the NPL, overseeing player development pathways.

In addition to coaching, Jaroslav has worked as a scout for Melbourne Victory and VfB Stuttgart, contributing to talent identification and recruitment at both national and international levels.
